We think the mudan is beautiful take a look for yourself and decided it was the perfect name for our boutique! Up first is Shanghai-based designer Fiona Peng, pictured here during a time in her life when donuts were more important than designing. Fiona is responsible for many of the gorgeous handbags you see in our store. Here is a small taste of our recent interview with Fiona: How would you define your style? I’d say my style is simple, colorful, vibrant and edgy. I’m a bit of a tomboy, so I don’t like things too girly. And that’s why I wanted a name that was a little more unisex. The bag's exterior is luxuriously soft synthetic leather with a wide band of 100 percent silk. A large glass jade pendant hangs from one side of the bag. The interior is a vibrant patterned cotton Peng likes to call a "lining explosion." The large Hong Kong handbag is 15 inches tall, 13.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches deep (38.1 cm x 34.3 cm x 11.4 cm).
