The Mahjong Bracelet consists of 18 individual tiles cut from ox bone and then polished to a smooth finish. Each tile is decorated by hand. Traditional Mahjong designs -- circles, flowers, Chinese characters and sticks of bamboo -- are carved and painted onto the tiles.
